I've found a sheet of 1800mm X 1200mm X 25mm MDF for the seat for $24 inc. tax... pretty good hey?!
Because the seat is 600 x 1200 we will get three goes at getting it right from the one sheet or we can do double thickness.
I think I'm going to just go and pick it up today.
I'll then attempt to draw up some kind of seat over the weekend once I have that drawing we did of it or I might just guess for now.
